Tuesday, March 15 2011 Event Description: The removal of match and/or after-tax contributions and related earnings as a result of failing the ACP test must be made by March 15th (or 2 1/2 months after the end of the plan year for non-calendar year plans) in order to avoid a 10% excise tax.
